Pacific Smiles owns and operates dental centres in the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. Pacific Smiles is committed to delivering outstanding and consistent patient care and customer service.
They offer a comprehensive range of dental services including general, family and cosmetic dental treatments including preventive services such as dental check-up, cleans and x-rays, dental care for children, crowns, tooth whitening and dentures.
Technology helps Pacific Smiles deliver consistently high outcomes and communicate with customers. PSG used Diamond for a range of technology services since 2007. Diamond IT has helped implement over 60 new and acquired sites.
One acquisition involved 150 PCs across 3 sites. PSG needed to have everything up and running over a weekend to ensure their customers were looked after first thing on Monday. Diamond IT put a team of design engineers, project managers and 8 computer technicians who all worked throughout the weekend and completed the job on time and on budget.
