Level 1 Service Desk Analyst

We are currently looking for an experienced Level 1 Service Desk Analyst to join our Service Desk team for an initial contract period with the potential for full-time employment.

Your role with us

Diamond offers a chance to experience a wide variety of systems and enterprise solutions on a daily basis across our diverse customer base.

As the front line for our Service Desk, you play a key role in the relationships we have with our customers, whilst expanding your IT knowledge. You will be responsible for the first line of support for our clients, from creating new user accounts through to diagnosing complex network issues.

Your skills

You are a natural problem solver who enjoys knowing the technical details about how systems operate. Whether you have just completed your Diploma or have been working in the IT industry, we don’t mind. Your knowledge will show that you already have experience with Windows Operating Systems, TCP/IP networking, DNS, routing and firewall configuration.

Industry certification such as MCSA, MCSE or CCNA is highly regarded.
